Our aim is to motivate our customers to shop with us more frequently because they trust us to make their shopping experiences successful and their visits worthwhile; as every customer counts.
Your focus area is our Kids Area/ Småland; making sure the Children are in good hands with you, while their companions go shopping.
You’ll supervise our little customers playing and painting.
When needed, you will also support the other areas of customer service: in the entrance area, in the exchange, and at the checkout.
Face-to-face customer service experience
Assertive and able to remain calm and controlled when faced with emotional customers during stressful situations
Demonstrates a polite and friendly manner
A flexible approach/open to change
Ability to make decisions
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language(s) and English.
