What you will be doing:

  • Increase the number of visitors in all customer meeting points within the market as well as the conversion rate. Lead all customer meeting points in a lean and simple way by using the foundations of the IKEA Concept as a proven solution while at the same time challenging the IKEA organization to improve its ways of work in order to identify and develop new business opportunities and commercial potentials.
  • Secure a seamless, consistent and positive shopping experience through all customer meeting points in the market, by having Store-, Central- and Service fulfilment as a natural focus, ensuring that the channels are always striving to fulfil the IKEA customer motivators.
  • Positions the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home in the market by ensuring the IKEA Concept is implemented in a consistent manner and continually shows the depth and width of the IKEA product range through relevant, affordable, functional, inspiring and sustainable home furnishing solutions in all medias and channels
  • Identify and develop the many talents within the market to secure succession planning. Ensure that the market works ethically and in compliance with internal regulations and external laws including legislation relating to risk, environment, health and safety. Ensure that the diversity of the teams reflect the diversity of the market.
  • Lead and work closely together with colleagues across the totality of IKSO and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant brand.

What do you need for apply:

  • University degree according to position.
  • Experience of leading in a changing environment.
  • Budget management (forecasting, goal setting, return on investment, profit and loss).
  • People management.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken (mandatory).
