Job description

The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the Fulfilment Networks in our markets, by defining and developing the necessary capacity in and between fulfilment units, as well as creating various analyses, identifying risks, opportunities and action plans to secure a high-performing organization in the market fulfilment network including:

  • Retail Capacity Setup
  • Warehouse Capacity Setup
  • Transport Capacity Setup
  • Capacity Setup
  • Develop Mid- and Long term Capacities
  • Secure planning process for network changes
  • Market Fulfillment Network Optimization to lower cost
  • Market Fulfilment Network Simulation to manage risk
  • Efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Cost development and contribution to the cost goal
  • Secure flow data and reports

  • Responsible to secure excellence in operations and quality under the scope of  Fulfilment on the market
  • Contribute to secure efficiency and implementing improvements on the market
  • Responsible for securing accurate reporting of  costs and connected analysis.
  • Responsible for creating performance reports from IT solutions to enable a high performing daily operations and an efficient distribution network
  • Responsible to define and maintain short and mid-term  and capacity parameters based on available forecasts.
  • Support with the organizations expansion plans whenever necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or logistics a plus. High school diploma or GED certificate required.
  • Sales and Supply chain experience (2-3 years minimum)
  • Experience with SAP software
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet programs
