To lead the Delivery & Assembly department and work with the Logistics to ensure customer expectations are met and goods assembled & delivered as per agreed timeline.
Establish and maintain service agreements with internal stakeholders and external partners in order to protect operational standards and help safeguard the IKEA culture.
To analyse and act on the results of the IKEA Customer Satisfaction Survey, IKEA Brand Capital report and commercial reviews.
To ensure all relevant country strategies and priorities are aligned in the store business and action plan.
Identify, recruit and develop the many talents in the Delivery & Assembly department, to grow co-workers within the department.
To monitor the productivity of the Delivery & Assembly department in order to take relevant actions to achieve the goals for growth, budget and performance in the store business plan and logistics action plan.
To ensure the building of business competence by supporting managers, group leaders and team leaders in setting and working on relevant goals and agreed development plans.
To live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store, specifically in the Delivery & Assembly department.
To ensure that the department works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
Understand department action plan and support the goals and targets given to me by my manager to ensure the effective execution of our action plan.
Retail and home furnishing experience.
Experience in managing big teams.
Ability to explain ideas and solutions verbally. Good attention to detail.
