As the IKEA own furniture manufacturer, our role is to offer a unique advantage for IKEA as a world leader in home furnishing. At Industry, we produce innovative and sustainable wood-based boards , the majority going into the IKEA supply chain for furniture production. We have our own boards production in five countries and locations organised in Manufacturing Area Boards. In  Orla, Poland we produce HDF, High Density Fiber Board is made from fresh wood fibers and produced in a continuous eco-friendly drying process. The board is homogeneous with a dense, smooth and hard surface; it offers high dimensional stability, flatness and excellent properties for further processing, for both printing/lacquering and foiling/veneering.

Main responsibilities:

Water treatment – three stage water treatment, starting from wells

Energy plant 

Steam generation 

Thermal oil – operation and treatment

Turbine and energy production 

Technology heating systems;

Technology cooling systems;

Heat Ventilation Air Condition systems;

Evaporation plant;

Coordination and planning all operation tasks;

Plan and coordination of Yearly Maintenance Stop activities

Qualification:

Technical University graduate

Good knowledge of water treatment process, steam production, TO heating, HVAC system, technology heating and cooling system

Well organized 

Electric, energetic, gas, qualification (SEP 1D,E, SEP 2D,E SEP 3 D, E)

Enviromental law and regulation knowledge

fluent in Polish
