What you'll be doing day to day
The role of the Process Subject Matter Expert S2pi secures the country specifics in the S2P process are analysed for potential fits or gaps to the new ways of working. Provide country specific expertise on local requirements inside and outside of Finance and Procurement and effected business and support the change by being a change ambassador.
In this role, you will:
- Be involved in the choice of system functionalities and the creation of processes
- Provide guidance on local requirements as part of the gap analysis
- Securing country data and processes to meet specific country requirements
- Set up and provide training for end users
- Participate in the "End-2-end" source-to-pay process test and confirm that the tool meets end-users' expectations and propose a first level of solutions.
- Take charge of data validation and migration
- Updating local procedures and determining end-user roles
