IKEA Industry Novgorod is represented by 2 production units Boards and Furniture. We`re looking for Sales and customer service responsible for Boards factory.

Sales and customer service responsible is leading sales outside and inside IKEA and ensure highly qualified customer service. Sales and customer service responsible together with the team contribute to positive financial result on external market and great cooperation within IKEA supply chain.

Job description
  • Lead the work of the sales and customer service team of the factory and confidently manage its activities
  • Lead the work on sales strategy, determining the main areas of activity in accordance with the development strategy of the factory
  • Participate in business plans development for sales of products with required quality, quantity and assortment
  • Ensure necessary level of sales infrastructure development and its constant growth, proper efficiency of marketing solutions, increase the efficiency of the sales and customer service team
  • Organize and coordinate sales both outside and within the IKEA group of companies
  • Organize effective communication with IKEA Trading and business development managers responsible for IKEA customers
  • Coordinate the sales contacts conclusion
  • Submit proposals to the management aimed at improving the assortment and quality of products, improving and updating them, creating new competitive types of products, optimizing the sales technologies available to the sales group
  • Ensure timely preparation of commercial documentation
  • Participate in the analysis of commercial activities in order to identify reserves for the sale of products, rational use of material, personnel and other resources
  • Ensure the preparation of reports on the results of business activities, statistical reports, as well as their submission in accordance with the established procedure

  • University degree (Economics, Management)
  • Professional in sales with proven track record of achievements in this area
  • English at Intermediate level
  • PC-literacy (MS Office package)
  • Strong negotiation skills, well-developed presentations skills
